Terms & Registration Policies

By registering your player for Route 7 Elite clinics and camps, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. All participants and their parents/guardians are expected to abide by our code of conduct and guidelines to ensure a positive experience for all.

Registration & Payment: Payment is due at the time of registration via our online form and payment processor. Your registration reserves your child’s spot in the clinic or camp session.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 7 days prior to the start of the clinic or camp, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date may be eligible for a partial refund (50%), and no refunds will be issued once the program has begun. If we cancel or reschedule a session due to low enrollment or other factors, you will receive a full refund or credit.

Weather & Facility Policy: Route 7 Elite events are held outdoors and are subject to weather conditions. We may postpone, shorten, or cancel sessions in the event of inclement weather (including heavy rain, lightning, excessive heat, or poor air quality) to protect participant safety. We will notify participants via email/text if weather impacts the schedule. Refunds are not typically offered for weather-related cancellations; however, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule.

Participation & Conduct: By registering, you agree that your player will follow instructions from coaches and staff and conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior jeopardizes the safety or experience of others, without refund.

Limitation of Liability: Participation in flag football involves inherent risks. You release Route 7 Elite and its affiliates from liability for any injuries or losses arising from participation, except as provided by law. Please review our Waiver & Participation Agreement for full details.
