Youth Flag Football Weekend Clinic
A friendly flag football experience no matter what experience level.
The Youth Flag Football Weekend Clinic is built for newer players or experienced players who are excited about playing football. Players will learn catching, throwing, flag pulling, movement skills, simple routes, teamwork, and basic 5v5 flag football concepts in a positive, structured environment.

Built by Coach Lava, a Local Enfield Football Guy
Route 7 Elite was founded by Chris LaValla, known to players as Coach Lava.
Chris grew up in Enfield, played youth sports in Enfield, played high school football in Enfield, and later coached his daughter in youth soccer here.
Route 7 Elite was created to give local players a positive, structured football experience where they can build skills, confidence, teamwork, and football IQ.
The goal is simple: help players learn the game, have fun, and grow in an environment that takes development seriously without losing what makes youth sports great.
Coach Lava has years of experience coaching youth athletes and creating positive sports environments.
Future Travel Squads
Future Route 7 Elite travel squads are planned for players who want more competitive opportunities beyond clinics.

Is this tackle football?
No. Route 7 Elite clinics and camps focus on flag football skills, football IQ, passing, catching, route running, defense, and game situations. No tackling.
Does my player need experience?
No. Rookie Weekend Clinics are designed for beginners and newer players.
Which program is right for my player?
Rookie = newer players. Advanced = players with experience ready for faster reps. 5-Day Camp = players who want more reps, games, and development.
What should my player bring?
Water, athletic clothing, cleats or turf shoes if available, and a mouthguard recommended.
What happens if weather is bad?
Clinics may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unsafe weather or field conditions. Families will be notified by text/email.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund up to 7 days before the clinic. No refunds within 7 days, but credit may be offered if space is available.
Where are the clinics and camps held?
Enfield, CT. Exact field location will be sent after registration and kept updated on the website.
Who runs the clinics and camps?

Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the clinic start date. No refunds are available within 7 days of the clinic, but a credit toward a future Route 7 Elite clinic may be offered if space is available.
Weather & Field Conditions
Clinics may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unsafe weather or field conditions. If Route 7 Elite cancels a clinic date, families will be notified by text/email and a makeup option or credit will be provided.
